1. Agreement to Terms

Each individual is permitted to register only one (1) account with 1111jl. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false identities are strictly prohibited. 1111jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close duplicate accounts, void all associated wagers, and forfeit any balances or winnings associated with such accounts.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. You must notify 1111jl immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

1111jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all transactions, wagers, deposits, and withdrawals made using your account.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

Users may fund their 1111jl accounts using the payment methods made available on the Platform, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20), and Coins.ph. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by 1111jl and may vary depending on the payment method selected. 1111jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at its sole discretion if the user is found to have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to the Platform or other users.

Upon termination, any remaining account balance (excluding winnings derived from fraudulent activity) will be refunded to the user after deduction of any outstanding fees, chargebacks, or amounts owed to 1111jl. Terminated users are not permitted to re-register or create new accounts.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, and other intellectual property displayed on or accessible through the 1111jl Platform are the exclusive property of 1111jl or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its content without prior written consent from 1111jl.

6. Limitation of Liability

Users acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and that losses are possible. 1111jl does not guarantee winnings and is not responsible for user gambling losses.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 1111jl Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and 1111jl. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.

The arbitration shall be conducted in Manila, Philippines, and shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Manila, Philippines.
